About This Treatment
Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin to trigger repair cascades and collagen remodeling. It is often combined with PRP or topical serums. AAD microneedling covers basics and risks.

Depths vary from cosmetic 0.25–0.5 mm to scar treatment 1.5–2.5 mm in medical settings. Not a “home roller” replacement—sterile professional devices reduce infection risk.
